We provide unhoused members of the community with care packages filled with essential items—hygiene products, snacks, water, and more. Every package is assembled with love and delivered directly to those who need it most.

Back to School with a Twist
We provide youth in need with school supplies and uniform assistance at the beginning of the school year and at the change of the season. Our goal is to serve as many children as possible so they can start each term with confidence.

Graced to Grow
The Graced to Grow Youth Mentorship Program provides academic mentoring and life-skills development for school-age children through caring, consistent, and community-centered support. We help young people build confidence and reach their potential.
